Time Specifications

The Time Specifications menu allows you to create specific times and days to allow and control access. It is possible to create multiple access times and days, giving you very tight control.

How to Add Time Spec

By clicking the Add Time Spec button at the top right of the Time specification menu screen, you can create a new time and day to allow access. Please enter the items below according to the description. You can easily understand by referring to an example.

*The ‘Always’ schedule is registered as a default item and cannot be deleted. You can choose not to apply it to the Access level if it is not required.

Name : Time Spec name
Description : Enter a description if needed
Holiday Group : If there is a Holiday Group applied to the applicable Time Spec, it is displayed.




Ex. Office hours are weekdays from 07:00 to 22:00.
1. Click the Add Time Spec button and a pop-up screen will appear.
2. Enter 'Office hours' in the Name field.
3. Click the + button below the MON.
4. Set the start time to 7:00 AM and the end time to 10:00 PM,
5. Repeat 3-4 from Tuesday to Friday.
6. Add a holiday group to close the office on public holidays or special holidays.
7. Click the Save button to create the new time specification.
