Door Status (Remote control the door)
On the Airfob Pro portal, administrators can open or control doors remotely from anywhere, anytime. in the Door Status menu under the Monitoring category, you can control the door and manage the door status.

※ Only administrators with master or admin permissions can control doors with the Airfob Pro app.
View the table of Door Status
Door : The door name is displayed. The door name can be set in the Door Management menu.
Relay : The status of the door's relay sensor is displayed.
Door sensor: If the door has a sensor, the status of the door sensor is displayed.
Door Control : If you click the Open Door button, the door will be opened remotely.
Unlock Mode : The door remains fully open. No authentication is required (mobile card, RF card, etc.), and anyone can enter freely.
Lock Mode : The door will remain completely closed. No matter what authentication method is used, such as a mobile card or RF card, no one can open the door.
Release : After setting the Unlock Mode or Lock Moden, click the button to dismiss. The set mode is immediately released, and the door becomes a normal state where you can enter after authenticating with a mobile card, RF card, etc.
How to remotly open the door
To open the door, you must access the Airfob Pro portal or app with an account assigned as a master (top-level administrator privilege) / admin (submaster-level privilege).
Open with Airfob Pro portal
1. Access the Airfob Pro portal with master or admin account.
2. Go to the Door Status menu under the Monitoring category.
3. Click the Open Door button next to the door name you want to open remotely.
4. The door will open and close once.
5. After the door closes, it immediately turns to its normal state and you will need to authenticate with the mobile card, RF card, etc. to open the door again.
Open with Airfob Pro app
1. Log in to the Airfob Pro app with master or admin account.
2. Tap the Monitoring button at the bottom of the Airfob Pro app screen.
3. Find the Door name you want to open and tap the name.
4. If the 'OPEN' button is deep blue color, click that to open the door remotely.
5. After the door closes, it immediately turns to its normal state and you will need to authenticate with the mobile card, RF card, etc. to open the door again.
