Route: Airfob Pro app > Monitoring > Event Logs

The Event logs menu shows what is happening to the doors and users on your site in real-time.
Administrator can see event occurred time and door location when a user authenticated their mobile card, as well as predict the cause if something went wrong.

If you click the Monitoring tab at the bottom of the Airfob Pro app, you can find the Event Log button. You can easily view events that happened in real time, even on mobile.

Information you can find in the event log

  1. Event : You can check the event content, such as authentication success, authentication failure, etc. If there is an authentication issue, you can also predict the cause.
  2. Authenticated Airfob devices
  3. Authenticated username
  4. Event time


Applying filters to the event log

Click the filter icon in the top-right corner of the event log. Below you can find information about each filter item.


Event period: You can set a specific time period to view events that occurred.

Event: You can selectively view events that occurred by type (multiple selections are possible).

User group: You can view only events that occurred from users included in a specific user's group.

User type 
  1. Regular: Users who have a mobile, QR, or RF card and visit your site regularly (employee, members, etc.)
  2. Temporary: Guest users who visit your site temporarily with a web QR, link card.

Device group: View only events that occurred on devices included in a specific device group.

Device ID: You can select the exact device ID to view only events that occurred on that device.

Device nickname: Select the device nickname you set to view only events that occurred on that device.
