[User Template] Create User registration template
Airfob Portal provides a default user template with the information needed to issue a mobile access card. However, depending on your site, you can create your own custom template if it has required input fields. Basic required items cannot be deleted, but additional required items can be added for more detailed user information management.
Preview of the default user template table
User info : This is the user's information item that must be entered when adding the user.
Requried : If the information is necessary, turn the toggle to green to activate it. The ID must be entered and cannot be modified.
Actions : User information items can be renamed or deleted.
*ID, name, title, department, and e-mail stored by default are user information that must be saved.
Add field
If there is user information that you want to store additionally along with the basic items, you can create a new field by clicking the Add Field button. When you create a field, it is immediately updated in the Add User function. Please read the example.
Ex. I want to celebrate the hire date of the employees by adding their hire date.
- Click the Add Field button in the middle of the screen.
- Enter the hire date in the created input window, and activate the toggle if required.
- Click the OK button to save.
- If you click Move on the Change User Template pop-up screen, you can edit the card template design in the Card Template menu. The date of hire is also displayed on the user's mobile card. If not required, click Cancel.
If you would like to edit your mobile card design to show the updated fields as well, you can do so in the Card Template menu.
