Administrators with master permissions on a site can modify a variety of settings related to security and usability.
The site menu can only be viewed by Master or Admin level of administrator account, and only master accounts can modify all of the site information.

Enable the Mobile T&A feature if users need to enter the purpose of entry (clock in, clock out, etc.) by pressing a button in the Airfob Space app after authorizing their mobile card.
The feature to open doors from a slight distance by touching and holding the mobile card. To enable, enable the toggle on the right to green. If you are concerned about outsider access, you can disable this feature for high security.
The event occurrence time displayed in the Monitoring > Event log menu will be based on the selected time.
If you are using the Airfob Patch, select the method of reading the card ID of the patched paired reader.
If an admin account hasn't accessed the Airfob Pro portal for 90 days or more, they automatically suspend.
When an admin accesses the portal, they will received a verification code via email. If you enable this feature, email verification will also be required to access the Airfob Pro app.
New users will be assigned to the "Full Access" group unless another group is selected. Switch the toggle to “Enabled” to use the function.
When administrators set passwords, they must adhere to minimum password strength.
Require administrators to change their password if it is out of date.
Set the time when the mobile card can be used even if the user's smartphone does not have a mobile network connection. The starting time is based on the last time the smartphone had mobile network or Wi-Fi connection and the mobile card was authorized. From that last time, the user can authenticate access without a mobile network during the set offline time.
Permanently deletes the site. Only the master can delete the site, and all credits and saved history will be deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
If you have registered devices, you can delete the site after complete deleting the device through the Airfob Pro app.
