Audit Logs

The Monitoring menu helps you to see what is happening to the doors and users on your site in real time. Also, It shows the actions of the administrators on the site.
The Audit logs menu displays actions edited and created by administrators on the site. Set filters to selectively find the audit logs you want to view.



How to find filtered data 

By selecting the items in the filter, you can easily filter the audit logs you want to view.
Account: It is the email address of the administrator.
Admin: It is an admin level according to admin rights.
Action: It is what the administrator did.
Type: It is the target menu for the action to take place. (User, Card, Device, Templates, etc.)

Ex. I want to find the serial number of the device registered on December 12th.
1) Click the Filter icon.
2) On the Account tab, select the account of the administrator who registered the device.
3) Click the Apply Filter button below on the pop-up screen.
4) Set the start date as December 12th, set the time if needed.
5) Click the OK button. 
6) Set the end date as December 12th, , set the time if needed. Click the OK button. 
7) Displayed audit logs with filter and date applied.
8) You can easily find what you want to see.
