Mobile Cards

If you are visiting a space with an Airfob Space access control system and don’t have a mobile card to access the space yet, contact your host or the site administrator. They can issue a mobile card for you and you will receive an invitation by email or text message (SMS).
How to select the mobile card when you have multiple cards
1. Slide the mobile card left and right
If you have multiple mobile cards, slide the mobile card left or right. You can choose which mobile card is displayed on the first screen of the Airfob Space app.
When managing mobile cards or entering T&A, make sure to select the appropriate mobile card.
If you are using multiple mobile cards, you can authenticate automatically without selecting a mobile card in the app.
2. Collect mobile cards from My Cards
Tap and open the My Cards slot at the bottom of the Airfob Space app. You can collect and view all mobile cards stored in the Airfob Space app.
Using the mobile card buttons
You'll see one or two buttons at the bottom of your mobile card.
If you are visiting the site where requires you to enter T&A, you'll see two buttons at the bottom of your mobile card. See what each button does below.
1. Enter T&A
When you authenticate your mobile card, you'll need to click the button to enter your time and attendance. If you see a notification on your smartphone about it, open the the Airfob Space app.
Click the calendar icon on the left at the bottom of your mobile card. Click the appropriate button on the pop-up screen and authenticate your mobile card again.
2. Check your access logs
In the Airfob Space app, you can check your access history directly.
Click the right button at the bottom of the mobile card issued by the space you want to check, and click Access Log. You will be taken to the access log menu.
3. Directly Contact the Site Admin
If you have any questions or requests while using the Airfob Space app, click the right button at the bottom of the space's mobile card and select Contact Admin.
You can type a message directly to the Airfob admin of the space. This message will be sent to the space's admin, not us at MOCA.
If you see a special message in the Airfob Space app, have a screenshot ready. You can also send an attachment.
The Airfob Spaces app does not allow users to delete their mobile cards themselves.
If you're no longer planning to visit the space, ask the space's Airfob admin to remove your mobile card. Follow the description above to send a message using the Contact Admin feature.
When you delete the Airfob Space app, all of your saved cards will be deleted. If you only want to delete one mobile card, be sure to ask the admin for help.
Use QR Card
If you also have an QR Card, you can selectively use the QR code to authenticate the site. It can be issued only from the site where installed the QR scanner.
