In the Holiday Groups menu of the Control Center, you can set up holidays that need special time and day access schedules than usual. If you set a holiday or special vacation in advance, the user's access is automatically restricted on that day.
How to Add Holiday Groups
You can add a holiday by clicking the Add Holiday Group button at the top right of the screen. You can freely set a specific day, week, period, etc. Take a look at how to use it through an example.
On the Holiday Group pop-up screen, if you click the 'import national holiday date', you can simply call all the public holiday in your country.
Ex. Our company establishment date is March 1st, and that is a special holiday. And this is repeated every year.
- Click the Add Holiday Group button at the top right.
- In the Holiday Group pop-up screen, enter 'Company Foundation day' in the Name field and click OK.
- If you click the created 'Company Foundation day', the Add holiday button appears.
- In Holiday pop-up screen, enter the anniversary of your company's founding once more in Name, and select March 1st.
- If you check Repeat, you can automatically designate the same day as a holiday every year.
- If you click + Add in the middle, you can see the newly created holiday in the holiday list on the right.
- Finally, click the OK button to complete.
