Credit Center (Creadit, SMS Recharging)
You need to keep enough credits to keep your site up and running and invite users. The Credit Center displays your credit balances and the amount needed to keep this site active.
Alternatively, you may ask your distributor to top up lack of credits. If you see a credit-related notification when you log in to the site, visit this menu.
The rules for managing and deducting credits can vary depending on the number of devices registered on your site, and whether you have additional options.
How to recharge Credits & SMS
If you run out of credits, your site will stop completely. Check how much credit you have ahead of time, and make sure you have enough.
After you top up the lack of credit, you can use your site normally.
1. Credit
Have you seen the notification about lack of credit balance?
To keep your site up and running, and to send out the unlimited email invitations, you need to know how many credits you have to maintain your site.
If you see a pop-up notification about low credits when you access your site, or if you seen the credit balance box was turned to red in the Credit Center menu, you need to request a credit top-up.
Click the Request More Credits button at the middle of the Credit Center, and your Airfob provider (MOCA Systems or your local distributor) will verify and recharge your credits. You'll receive a notification email when it is complete.
If you don't have enough credits, you will be completely unable to use the site.
2. SMS
SMS is an additional service. If you want to send SMS (text message) invitation to your new Airfob Space user, you can request charging SMS balance to your local distributor as needed.
Click the Request More SMS button at the middle of the Credit Center, and your Airfob provider or distributor will recharge it on your site.

1. Credit & SMS Billing History
Credits are deducted by a certain amount each month, depending on the number of devices registered on your site and number of activated user, and can be viewed in real-time in the Billing History table.
If you need to extract the data, click Export History and a CSV file will be downloaded.
We recommend that you keep enough credits to sustain your site for a period of time.
SMS will be deducted as you use them after you top up. You can check your monthly usage and optionally top up when needed.
2. Credit & SMS addition History
After clicking the Request More Credit or Request More SMS button, you can check whether the requested quantity has been added correctly. If you want to download your recharge history as a CSV file, click the Export History button.
