Airfob Patch troubleshooting card format

Mobile card does not work on Airfob Patch.

I've issued mobile card and the user downloaded the card on his phone but he failed to authenticate successfully when tapping on the card reader.

Scenario.  It is configured in custom card format

Check the followings:
- Check if the card format of the card issued is configured in custom card format.
See if your user's card ID shows such information: facility code and card format.

Airfob Patch outputs Mifare UID data type. If configured in different card format, Airfob Patch may not handle and ignore when users tap the device with mobile card. If you are using Airfob Patch on your site, you cannot cross utilize custom card format.
Custom card format is to support existing card formats as is on devices other than Airfob Patch. It is irrelevant to WIEGAND output and developed for your convenience of configuring.

 

Check the followings:
- Access left-side menu in the following order: Settings and Credential Settings.
See if it is configured in the following card format:  Custom Format Display(EM or others).
- Configure the card format to other than custom card format.
